NCAA Women’s Draft-Legal Triathlon
 

NCAA Women’s Triathlon is one of the fastest-growing collegiate sports in the United States and represents the elite pathway for female triathletes pursuing varsity competition at the collegiate level. Recognized by the NCAA as an Emerging Sport for Women, the sport combines swimming, cycling, and running into a fast-paced, spectator-friendly race format modeled after Olympic and World Triathlon competition.

USA Triathlon has played a major role in supporting the growth of NCAA Women’s Triathlon through scholarship opportunities, program grants, coaching education, and national championship events. Schools across the country continue to add women’s triathlon programs at the varsity level, providing new opportunities for female student-athletes to compete at a high level while pursuing their academic goals. The continued expansion of the sport reflects the growing momentum and bright future of NCAA Women’s Triathlon in the United States.
